How do you bring yourself to lead where you are?Opening Circle Harvest Poem by Joe

Art of HarvestingCHECKOUTWhat question, if you made progress on it here... would make these three days worthwhile?
How to hold spaces and conversations for people with a variety of worldview and perspectives for collective healing, no shame? How do I honor all perspectives and still move forward? How do we change the way we implement change? How can I innovate the work I do with students on social justice? When building trust and/or relationships, what is too much? How do I sell possibilities outside the norm? How can we continue a justice trajectory through difficult times? How can I have confidence building meaningful relationships and loving meaningful conversations? No question specifically to answer but if I leave with more questions to stimulate more change conversations the 3 days will have been worth it! How can we bring the people who typically don't show up to the table and keep them engaged in our work? How do I lead to better influence people to become empowered to make change where they are at? How can I identify places/spaces to use these techniques in my work, day-to-day, or more regular basis? How can we ensure that all participants feel confident and support a consensus decision beyond the meeting where it was decided? How can I host conversations that matter to everyone? How can I motivate and move people from a place of "yes, that is important/a good idea" to "I am motivated to pitch in and help make it happen"? How will I know it is safe to let go? How to connect in a deep way fast then carry the learning from the network formed - cumulative appreciate inquiry and build a collaborative strategy with limited resources? How will I know I won't get burnt out in this process of change? How to identify and link up with my peeps (networking)? How can I take what I learn here and apply it to my work in carrying on the hard conversations and putting those into action? How can I help people become better leaders? How do you derail the challenging participants? Where can I build my confidence and competence in teaching AoH? How might I be a courageous trailblazer when conversations about equity and racism show up? How do I, as a trailblazer, repair my reputation and relationships with the stewards at my organization to influence them to be innovative and make positive change? What goes into developing the Right Question? How can I be a compassionate and fierce advocate for Human Services redesign? How can we find clarity of impact/roles/responsibilities and skill building for self and our organization? When building relationships, what is enough and how do you know you've done "enough"?
